Walkers and donors raised $24.4K to contribute to cutting-edge lupus research programs and to help provide support, education, and advocacy for the local lupus community.

We all enjoyed some amazing wine at Gianni Buonomo Vintners on October 5. A big thank you to those who attended, and to all of our supporters and donors!

Everyone had a great time playing in our tournament on June 8, 2019 at the beautiful Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos, helping to make a difference for the local lupus community. Thank you to the Jenkins family, golfers, sponsors, and volunteers for making it a big success!

The Lupus Foundation of Southern California (LFSC) was excited to participate as a team in the Lupus Research Alliance San Diego Walk with Us to Cure Lupus, a 5K walkathon to raise awareness and funds for lupus research, on December 1.

The LFSC had a lot of fun hosting our first annual wine tasting at Gianni Buonomo Vintners on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

For his many years of service and dedication to our community, Gerardo Becerra, President of the LFSC, was honored with an official proclamation by the City of San Diego to declare September 22, 2018 Gerardo Becerra Day! We recognized this momentous occasion during Gerardo's 35th anniversary celebration of working with the LFSC.

Breweries all around San Diego have helped to raise awareness and thousands of dollars through the many fun events put on by Beer to the Rescue.
